Scope of Work: supporting key accounts with a high level of email and phone communication, monitoring short-term and long-term customer acquisition strategies, managing order fulfillment and project/event schedules to ensure on-time deliverability, participating in local markets and wholesale trade shows (setup, takedown, product knowledge, order writing), following up on sales leads to generate new orders, copywriting for email and social media marketing campaigns, and regular website upkeep
