I’m a lifelong Brooklynite from Flatbush, with family roots in Puebla and Morelos, Mexico.

I wear a lot of handbags and keep multiple calendars.

I studied English with a focus on literary criticism at CUNY Hunter College, graduating in 2021. I have been working in the design world since. I also help manage a family-run grocery store in Gravesend.

As a first generation Mexican American, I’m passionate about spotlighting small businesses with unique perspectives from their experiences and their communities. I thrive on working alongside designers and makers to bring structure and clarity to their creative environments and their work as it evolves.

In my free time, I enjoy rereading books and writing about them.
